mixed experience but great hospitality
The hotel is situated within a five-minute walk from the nearest ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts! Felippo's restaurant team delivered delightful service at every meal. The kids club staff were exceptional, ensuring my daughter had an enjoyable and engaging time. Plus, the stunning mountain view from our room added a beautiful touch to each day.
The breakfast experience was subpar, lacking variety and inspiration.

The Triple Room was a sweet spot with the team in the restaurant, especially Felippo’s crew, making our meals a joy. We also scored a 10% discount on ski rentals just by asking Pepe — talk about a win! Those little touches made our stay feel all the more special.
But the breakfast was like a canteen nightmare. same old uninspired dishes every day. We also had a wild goose chase looking for our table for breakfast, feeling like lost tourists hopping around for six mornings! And don't get me started on the smoke from the corridor — a cheeky session of 'guess who smokes inside' while we dodged the lingering scent.

The Triple Room was clean and cozy, making it a great retreat after a long day on the slopes. The close proximity to the ski lifts is a major plus, and the warm hospitality from the staff, including the attentive restaurant team, enhanced our experience. Meals featured Mediterranean cuisine, though they had limited variety over the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, the frosted glass bathroom design raised privacy concerns, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow at times.

This hotel is perfectly located just a short stroll from the ski lifts. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, especially the team in the restaurant who offered excellent service. Our room felt fresh and inviting, making it a cozy home base after a day on the slopes, and the fitness room was a nice bonus for keeping active with the family and our large breed dog.
My kids wished for more activities for families throughout the evening.

The location was convenient for skiing. The staff in the restaurant made my family feel welcome, and I appreciated the discounts on ski rentals. One evening while enjoying a drink at the bar, I struck up a chat with the bartender, who shared some local tips about the area that enhanced my experience.
Wi-Fi was slow and often did not work in my room. The noise from kids was disruptive, especially at night, making it hard to relax.
